1. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participation in the Mighty Messengers Preaching Club (the "Club"). By registering for the Club, you ("Parent/Guardian") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Club Participation

• Eligibility: The Club is open to children ages 7 to 13.

• Supervision: Children participating in Club activities must be supervised by a responsible adult.

• Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.

• Safety: The Club organizers prioritize the safety of all participants.

3. Online Platform

• Access: Access to the Club's online platform may require a login and password.

• Account Responsibility: Parents/Guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for any activity that occurs under their account.

• Content: The Club may provide access to various online resources, including but not limited to videos, articles, and interactive activities.

• Acceptable Use: The use of the online platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy of the platform provider.

4. Intellectual Property

• Copyright: All content provided by the Club, including but not limited to videos, images, and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Use Restrictions: Parents/Guardians may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Club materials without prior written consent.

5. Liability

• Disclaimer: The Club organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by participants during Club activities, including online activities.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Club.

6. Privacy

• Data Collection: The Club may collect personal information from Parents/Guardians and their children, including but not limited to names, contact information, and emergency contact information.

• Data Use: Collected information will be used for the purposes of administering the Club, communicating with participants, and improving Club offerings.

• Data Security: The Club will take reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of collected information.

• Data Disclosure: The Club may disclose collected information to third parties as necessary to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions or as required by law.

7. Photography and Video

• Use of Images: The Club may take photos and/or videos of children during Club activities. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, such as on the Club website or social media pages.

• Consent: By registering for the Club, Parents/Guardians consent to the use of their child's image and/or video for promotional purposes.

8. Membership Fees

• Payment: Membership fees are due and payable in accordance with the chosen payment plan.

• Refunds: Refunds for membership fees may be available in certain limited circumstances, as determined by the Club organizers.

9. Modifications

The Club organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Club website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
